Estate Grown Wines
Beginning in April, 2019, we welcomed the first wine collection made exclusively from homegrown grapes from our own vineyard beginning with a crisp and smooth Pinot Grigio.
As our grapes continue to mature, more Estate Grown wines will be passionately produced and added to our collection. The Estate Grown collection is similar to its’ Signature Folino Estate wine counterparts, with each flavor profile slightly differing and taking on notes, aromas, and a character all their own. We invite you to enjoy these wines with us at our table, surrounded by good company and fresh authentic Italian charcuterie from our handcrafted boards to pair while watching the sun set. “A little piece of Italy, right in our own backyard.”

ESTATE GROWN PINOT GRIGIO*
Estate grown from over 7,000 luscious vines across four acres of Folino Estate Vineyard, our Pinot Grigio grapes have matured to create a crisp and refreshing dry white that embodies lively fruit-driven flavors and delights with subtle aromas of citrus and tree-ripened green apples. The perfect wine to enjoy chilled with seafood pasta dishes, white pizza, and mild cheeses. Enjoy a glass watching the sun set over the vineyard from our terrace, a little piece of Italy right in our own backyard.
ESTATE GROWN MERLOT*
Estate grown from over 900 luscious vines across four acres of Folino Estate Vineyard, our Merlot grapes have matured to create a dry, smooth red wine with subtle aromas of dark cherry, luscious red fruits and mild french oak. The perfect wine to accompany a wood-fired pizza, rich tomato sauce, roasted chicken or steak. Best enjoyed with good company, gathered around our table, overlooking the vineyard. A little piece of Italy right in our own backyard.
